Technical Support Terms and Conditions
There is no minimum support period.
Unused hours are not carried over to the next month (except for the “Deposit” tariff).
The response time depends on the chosen tariff and the urgency of the request.
Support of several websites in one tariff is discussed separately.
The customer is the initiator of changes to the website and the author of relevant requests to our team.
Specialists who work with your website constantly are involved in the decision making process.
Packages of 50 hours or more let you choose the type of work, the response time to the request and the time to submit the applications.
