The automation process looks like this:
Use a Webhook to retrieve contact information from the form.
Check the phone number format and standardize it for further use.
Create a contact in Brevo (if information comes from the small form) or create a Person in Pipedrive CRM (if information comes from the large form).
Check the contact based on the parameters: Necessary countries/Not necessary or Native speaker/Not native speaker.

In Pipedrive CRM, a lead is created with the label "Not a good fit" or "Good fit."
Depending on the criteria match, the lead in Pipedrive CRM is marked as "Not a good fit" or "Good fit." Subsequently, the corresponding email is automatically sent.
