The primary tool for implementing this task is Make.The implementation process looks as follows:
STEP 1. AUDIT
Check in Pipedrive CRM for the creation or update of a deal.
STEP 2. TO BE DETERMINED
Determine which of the three pipelines this deal belongs to.
STEP 3. WE RECEIVE INFORMATION
Obtain necessary information from the Person section - last name, first name, email.
STEP 4. AGREEMENT STAGE
Check which stage this deal belongs to. Subsequently, the corresponding email is automatically sent.
STEP 5. ACTIVITY BY AGREEMENT
After sending the email, the deal moves to the first stage, and the system adds an Activity to this deal with an action deadline in 30 days.
