Project Details
STEP 1. database
Created a comprehensive client database using Google Sheets and assigned each client a status - New / Canceled / Exist.
STEP 2. CONFIGURED THE SCENARIO AS FOLLOWS
WHEN A CLIENT PURCHASES A SUBSCRIPTION, THE SYSTEM CHECKS THEIR STATUS:
If the client is new, they are added to the database with a New status.
If the client previously purchased a subscription that is no longer active, their previous entry is marked as Canceled, and a new entry is created in the database with a New status.
If the client purchases a course while having an active subscription, they are given an Exist status. In this case, a notification email is sent to the manager with information that a specific user (identified by name and email in the message) has more than 1 active subscription.
The scenario was implemented in Make.com.
