The integration process was organized in the form of a simple scenario, where the trigger was the Event webhook module from Webflow, configured to handle completed forms on the website. After filling out the form, all data is sent to Make.com.
To perform the «action,» built-in modules from Pipedrive CRM were used, such as «Create Person» to create a contact and «Create Deal» to generate a deal for this contact.
On the Pipedrive side, Deal i Person has added the necessary fields to save information from the Webflow site:
We received an additional task from the client: Since they use the Pipedrive Campaign tool, they need all customers who have consented to the processing of their personal data on the form to have the «Subscribed» value automatically set for the «Marketing Status» field. This is necessary for them to be able to send email campaigns through Pipedrive Campaign, as Pipedrive does not allow sending promotional emails without this status.
Therefore, for this purpose, the «HTTP request» module was added, in which, using a PUT request, we update the «Marketing status» field with the value «Signed».
Next, two new pop-up forms were added to the website, which do not have a wedding date selection field. For these forms, the deal should go directly to a specific stage in Pipedrive. To achieve this, branching was implemented using a tool called Router with the «is date» filter.
If the deal passes through this filter, it is created at the NEW stage, as before. However, if the deal does not pass through this filter, the process is initiated at a specific stage, and the process continues accordingly (except for the stage at deal creation, which is specified differently).
