    Configured an automated SMS system to notify clients about appointment statuses, send reminders, and enable cancellation or rescheduling of bookings.

    Shopify Integration with Pipedrive CRM:
    Automated the progression of deals through different stages within the CRM.
    Implemented a duplicate-checking system to prevent duplicate contacts. Based on existing data, the system creates:
    A standalone contact
    A contact with a deal, or
    Only a deal

    New contacts are automatically created in Klaviyo when an order is placed.
    Configured email sequences for customer engagement, including promotions and reminders.

To implement these solutions, the following steps were taken:

An automatic SMS sending system was set up, Shopify integration with the CRM system Pipedrive, Klaviyo, Calendly was carried out, as a result:
