We integrated an AI chatbot across multiple communication channels, including a website widget and Facebook Messenger. The implementation involved the following steps:

The chatbot was connected to Messenger, automatically handling user inquiries without manual intervention.

We fine-tuned the chatbot to effectively communicate with customers while considering the client’s industry specifics.

step 4. Optimizing responses and writing guidelines:

We developed clear chatbot response guidelines and optimized answers for speed and accuracy.

A built-in FAQ database was created, enabling the chatbot to quickly respond to common user inquiries, reducing support workload.
