Challenges
migration of all business processes from the old system to Pipedrive
Delog approached us for the second time. During the first request, we implemented the Pipedrive CRM system with minimal customization. We set up pipelines for four types of transportation with a notification system at each stage, ensured detailed information about shipments (number, status, etc.), and added functionality for generating reports.
During the second request, we migrated all business processes from the old system to Pipedrive, replicating all necessary fields and calculation formulas. Given the international nature of the business and the constant fluctuation of exchange rates, we added real-time calculation automation in Pipedrive using Excel integration for currency conversion.

We also introduced a personalized employee involvement feature, where the required employee is automatically assigned at each stage of the deal.
